Common problems
The shield does not appear on a locked app
Check in the app that the Screen Time permission is granted and that the app is in your selection. If you just changed the selection, open the app again so it applies.
The camera does not detect me or does not count my handstand
Put the iPhone on the floor or on a tripod, with your whole body in frame and well lit. The camera works best from the side, with fitted clothing and no other people in the background.
I need to open an app and cannot do the handstand right now
Use the emergency unlock from the Unlock screen: it asks for a reason and is kept in your history. If you are injured, turn on the injury pause.
I want to stop using the lock
You can remove apps from your selection inside the app. You can also revoke the Screen Time permission in iOS settings or delete the app.
I want to delete my data
Your attempts and progress live only on the iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them with it.
Requirements
An iPhone with iOS 26.2 or later. Handstand Arena is not available for iPad or Mac.
